We wandered over to Broadway and Kent Avenue to check on the status of a property where some pre-demolition has started. We found a big hole being dug (and we’ll have more about the property itself), but far more interesting for the moment is the Rodent Multiplex pictured below. Yeah, we know, it’s a standard exterminator thing. But, it calls to mind a bunch of rats sitting around, eating popcorn, sipping soda and watching Charlotte’s Web and Night at the Museum.
