Aw!! I think I’ve seen this birdie on 3rd and Whyth while walking my little Boston Terrier. Unfortunately, the bird was down and out. Hope it wasn’t this particular one, but I had to stop my dog from trying to grab it. Fits the description pretty well though 🙁
