Whether the mayor will deliver news about Coney Island rezoning and redevelopment or will expand on announcements that will have already been made is unknown. Key zoning recommendations that will serve as the basis for the discussion about redeveloping Coney Island are due late this month. The event will take place at Gargiulo’s Restaurant from Noon-2PM.
