The Roebling Oil Building, now known as Warehouse 11, as it enters the marketing phase (although the banners outside the building and the website haven’t gone up yet), is getting windows. This is exciting to us as we have followed every development at this building since it was just a construction site with a big, stinking pool of oil (of unknown origin) seeping through the soil. There are many more Roebling Oil milestones to come in 2008: an exterior, a sales and marketing campaign and, of course, eventual move ins.

You’re a casual observer at best.
