Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama supports New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s congestion pricing strategy. He told WNYC’s Bob Hennelly, “I think Mayor Bloomberg’s proposal for congestion pricing is a thoughtful and innovative approach to the problem.” He also voiced support for Federal mass transit funding.
