Serious efforts are underway to try to get the Nets moved to Newark, where the new Prudential Center is struggling with just a hockey team. Mayor Corey Booker and Devils owner Jeff Vanderbeek are holding meetings–Mayor Brooker with Forest City Ratner and Vanderbeek with Bruce Ratner.
