Our Carroll Gardens Correspondent came across this flier for poor, little lost Bologny, who has flown the coop, so to speak and may be hiding out somewhere in Brooklyn Heights. Bologny is blue and white and can fly high and fast but is also said to be very tame. We’re not sure how one locates and gets a parakeet, but there you are.
