The latest Karl Fischer development to come on the market in Williamsburg, NV at N. 5 Street and Berry, had its opening party last week. A GL North Brooklyn Correspondent sends along a photo of the festivities, which took place in what looks like it will be the courtyard/garden behind the building. The party had a Brazilian theme and that would be a samba band performing and sand that was placed on the ground.
