I believe that is illegal these days. A corner guy in my neighborhood (CG) got busted for it. Everyone was pissed. F-ing Bloomberg, snarl, grrr, etc.

Yes, and this post has just exposed the deli owner. My deli sells loosies but doesn’t advertise. guys sell cartons and loosies in front of the starbucks on 125th street in harlem, too. I have quite smoking, so I don’t really care but there was a day or two loosies saved me…quit now!! If you can.
