The long-running mystery at Verandah Place in Cobble Hill was solved recently when an eatery called Ted and Honey finally opened. Our faithful Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill correspondent pass by and reports: “Combo gourmet deli and salad case and light fare and brunch menu. Packed this weekend.”

It’s actually Ted & Honey, not Tea & Honey.

Oh yes, there are absolutely no signs anywhere and the girl sounded like she said TEA and Honey. Thanks. Signs or menus would help. Still, the place had yummy foods and it all loooked great! I will stop in next weekend. Very pretty details, too. Nice tables, gourmet foods, D’Amico Coffee..
