Gowanus is becoming club and venue land. “Workers have been clearing out the ground-floor space of a warehouse on DeGraw Street between 3rd and 4th avenues for the past few weeks, and DOB filings for the spot say it’s going to be a ‘drinking and dancing establishment.’ According to a couple of sources, some of the people involved with the venture have worked for the Virgin Festival.–Brownstoner
