The new Williamsburger on Wythe Avenue in the Burg opened on Friday night and its menu says it’s “Beefing Up Hipsters.” There’s a straightforward burger menu with cheese choices including white cheddar, Maytag blue, gruyere Swiss and “government.” There was also a Yellow Fin Tuna special on the menu we saw. Some hot dogs and side including cheese perogies. We talked to the owner yesterday afternoon who said the menu was still in flux. On the other hand, an early diner sent a bit of a rant to Eater, which also has posted a photo gallery of the new eatery. It’s located at 342 Wythe, which is at S. 2 Street.
