Behold the latest Gowanus hotel, which will be coming to Degraw Street between Third and Fourth Avenues. Brownstoner revealed it yesterday, noting that work will be kicking off in eight weeks and that it should be done in a year. The hotel is from Kutnicki Bernstein. A hotel at President and Third Avenue will be open sooner. In addition, work, is already underway on a Fairfield Inn at Third Avenue and Douglass. All in all, Brownstoners says, it’s “seeming likely” that there will be six Gowanus Hotels up and running in a year.
