School Construction Authority President Sharon Greenberger announced the agency’s support for a school at the Dock St. tower project, raising neighborhood hackles. “It’s not an excuse for a building that most people in the district I represent would oppose,” said Councilman David Yassky (D-Brooklyn Heights), citing concerns about skyline views from the Brooklyn Bridge alongside the proposed tower.
