nothing says “Gentrification” like generic abstract wall murals. You want to keep the yups out paint a “memorial” to some poor shmuck who took a bullet for the hood.

There’s nothing generic about the above piece except that the photographer took a close up of a quarter piece of it.
The Graffiti artist name is Haze and he’s more hood then any gang graffiti and been around way longer then any yups who decided to move to Greenpoint. He began writing graffiti in 1972.

Dirty, filthy graffiti. The artist should be in the Tombs, looking for soap.
