This is not a garage. It is a slimy, fetid waste transfer station. There are constantly puddles of dumpster juice on Court Street.
The dirty tractor trailers overnight across the street from the apartments on Clinton Street.
How do the Sanitation facilities on Van Brunt St. and on 2nd Ave. manage to keep their streets virtually scent free while this private facility remains putrid?
