The photographer calls this one Beach Patrol. We call it horses on the beach at Coney Island. We also think it could mean there is horse shit on the beach?

spnder beat me to it. Horse manure is all-organic, and mostly grass or hay. It’s got to be the least of one’s worries on a Coney Island beach.

I’m more worried about cops on my beach than I am about poop on my beach.
