Last week’s big Bedford Avenue retail news was a story that Ricky’s is opening up. One of the storefronts that was mentioned (191 and 193 Beford) was that of the “now defunct” Tasti D-Lite frozen yogurt shop. Well, Tasti is still very open, but the Ricky’s sign for a costume store is in the doorway of the beloved and closed Matamoros Pueblo Grocery. Coming soon.

L cafe sucked but Matamoros had the best mexican food around. *sad*
