Remember yesterday’s scare about how Craiglist wasn’t going to be doing “Erotic Services” ads anymore after having reached an agreement with 40 states? Well, we checked in this morning and can report that the NYC section is still going strong. This is a screen cap of the hundreds of early morning Brooklyn ads today done at about 9:45 AM. Sex care workers of the world unite and fight this evil attempt to ban the use of this internet thing. Threaten to take it back to the streets. Suggest that if they don’t let you use CL or Frankslist or whatever, that you’ll just go to Seventh Ave. and Sixth Street in Park Slope and sell it out front of Barnes & Nobles. They’ll have online petitions up in the Slope asking for your right to sell it online faster than you can say “happy ending.” We’re guessing that maybe Eliot Spitzer refused to sign the agreement.
Thank God: Still Plenty of Erotic Services Available in Brooklyn

You are partially correct. Though they have not been stopped the amount of adds have dropped. If you scroll down and look at the dates you would see that some are from that date but others are from the day before. From what I have seen the amount of adds posted are down more than 50% probably down by 90%. So erotic services on CL is not gone but its hurt and I don’t know if it will ever recover.
