We’re not sure we full understand it, but it is definitely interesting: “There are spaces of Prospect Park being used as a dump by a “friend” of our mayor, in clear violation of all aggrements.This is also happening on 3rd Ave. where a developer is using huge spaces as if it were there personal back yard, and yet these boneheads see fit to ticket honest people like you.
