East River State Park may be closed for the winter unless things change before April 1, but the long delayed N. 5 Street Pier is now open to the public. These were some of the pics we were shooting yesterday before we were accosted by a twentysomething woman who thought she could tell people not to shoot photos because her colleagues were making some kind of amateur artsy video.
