Wow! Nice picture. I would actually place that right at the end (beginning?) of Sea Breeze Avenue past Ocean Parkway and near the odd alley called Beach Walk. Click on my name/link for the exact Google Map location.
The reasoning: The is only one major curve in the boardwalk and its right at about #150 on the boardwalk. And you can see the elevated subway in the background.
Historically I believe Beach Walk/Sea Breeze were a “turn around” for the old trolley line that would up evolving into the B68 line. That alley/street is a remnant of the good old trolley days.
