There’d be a problem if anyone in the Burg were NOT testy about Sarah Palin.

Here’s hoping that the Billyburg crowd will practice ZPG assiduously, leaving more resources for the beautiful young Hispanic and Hasidic families who need housing for their growing clans. Or perhaps the hipsterati can make good on their horror of a right-wing takeover and flee abroad, to wither into a demographic sunset with their green-tinged pale Europals. If they are very lucky, some strong and compassionate immigrants will be around to push their wheelchairs as their enfeeblement progresses in decades hence.
