The new St. Alp’s Teahouse on Bedford Ave. in Williamsburg has been open for a couple of weeks. It occupies the site of a former laundromat–one of the useful businesses that are quickly disappearing in the neighborhood, although we do have to say that the toast and the deep fried shrimp balls were pretty good. Clean sheets. Shrimp balls. Same difference.
