The photographer writes: “It was a winter wonderland in Brooklyn when I got home from work tonight. Guess it snowed all day. I was trapped in my windowless office the whole day. Wish I could have gone out and played in the snow.”

Yesterday morning I had the oppurtunity to walk the streets of Brooklyn Heights when it was snowing, it was so beautiful and peaceful. This picture of Carroll Gardens makes me realize how lucky I am to live for the past 20 years in such a beautiful town.
Thanks for this piece of beauty, as being laid off has made the past few months a bit rough.
These two experiences have really put me in the holiday spirit.
