We’ve been so not on the 111 Lawrence Street story that the more we think about it, the more we want to kick ourselves. It’s a little residential deveopment fromm the Clarett Group which will be Brooklyn’s tallest building at 51 stories and have 491 residential units when all is said and done. It’s rather astounding in that Clarett is also the developer of the highrise Forte Condo in Fort Greene, which has only a handful of residents.  Brownstoner has been all over this story for a long time and has a great deal of background. In any case, we took a walk over to Lawrence St. yesterday to get a look at this puppy. It well along and glass is being applied. There’s a full slideshow above.
