    Such a boring corner today, with that giant “Forte Condo” replacing most of these buildings. I could use a 25 cent haircut.

    Hmm, Fulton doesn’t cross State… given the sign for the Pioneer Warehouses being painted in the background, I am fairly certain that this is actually taken along Flatbush Ave, looking north from Ashland Place — the current site of the garden store.

    Seems like a geographically impossible location (Fulton, State, Ashland). Could she have meant Flatbush? Those three streets do converge right near Atlantic Center.
