What can one say about this sort of palatial look, which was photographed for us by our Greenpoint correspondent, and all that Fedders action on Leonard Street in Greenpoint? The pink brick with the serious maroon decorative element? The ground-level garages with the metal doors? The only thing we can say is: What were they thinking?

What can one say about this sort of palatial look, which was photographed for us by our Greenpoint correspondent, and all that Fedders action on Leonard Street in Greenpoint? more bothersome than the outside decor to me is the inside. last month i was shown a tiny, TINY two-bedroom no living room apt here for $1450 a month.

it reminds me of an ugly dog. it’s charming in it’s ugliness. and the fedders are barely noticeable with all that other “eye candy” going on.
i guess you could say it’s better to try and fail than to not try at all?
