The CORD group in Carroll Gardens posted the photo you see above on their Carroll Gardens Petition blog and have been emailing it around too as a way of noting that the controversial building at 360 Smith Street is moving forward. The group also notes that the building at 125 Second Place, which is adjacent to the planned new development has been vacated. It was purchased by the developer of 360 Smith, Billy Stein. In other news, the group’s petition calling for a rezoning of Carroll Gardens and a moratorium on some new construction has gone over 2,000 signatures.
