Here’s a very, very nice guide to places in Brooklyn where one can imbibe or consume (or both) outdoors, with photos. Never seen Rocky Sullivan’s rooftop deck in Red Hook or the patio behind Palo Santo in Park Slope with just one table beside a fountain. Then you must check this out.
