An arrest has been made in the murder of Kyong Sook-Woo inside the dry cleaning store she operated in Windsor Terrace. The suspect, Jamal Winter, was arrested at his home in Park Slope. He has been charged with murder and robbery. The beloved 63-year-old grandmother, who routinely worked 12 hours days in the shop, was strangled during a robbery attempt.
