Dueling Atlantic Yards Supreme Court Briefs
Although Mr. Odor of AYR admits that appeals are a “long shot” he neglects to say that the friends of the court brief is submitted by the same great law firm that lost the New London eminent domain suit in Kelo vs New London.
The libertarian Institute for Justice continues to fill its coffers on losing appeals for Ms Kelo.
Those poor people near Atlantic Yards are being given false hope that the project won’t be built by Mr. Odor and the lawyers that continue the charade.
The only ones making any money in this incredible waste of time are the lawyers.
The losers are the people who were convinced by Mr. Odor’s AYR and the corrupt lawyers not to take a buy-out, purchase a home and get on with their lives.
They have lost money and wasted their time in a losing battle.
