This building with monster tagging, done by spraying it from a fire extinguisher, comes from Broadway in the Burg.

    Its probably one of those exterminator pumps. I can’t imagine how you could refill a fire extinguisher with paint.

    Actually “Loose Stool” it is from a fire extinguisher. I know it’s difficult to imagine but there are people in this city much smarter and more creative than you.
