    Regarding “More Atlantic Yards Subsidies Hinted At Hearing”.

    It’s a delight to hear the dismay in Odor’s (AYR) voice when he reports on this. He and the lawyers at DDDB have lost EVERY case and appeal against the project. He had to write;

    “After the hearing, he (Pinski) told reporters, “I believe that this project is going to happen. It’s a very important project for Brooklyn.'”

    And that’s the bottom line. The real money and politicians are lined up to make it happen no matter what.
    Odor, AYR and lawyers of DDDB have been using the people in the area for their own aggrandizement. It’s time they got out of the way of a project that will transform the borough for the better.
