The photographer wrote “magritte like clouds roll by.” If you don’t look too closely and realize we’re looking at Gowanus, St. Agnes almost makes it look a little like Amsterdam.

I used to live near the corner of Hoyt & Degraw and from my upper floor windows I always enjoyed the view of St. Agnes even though I’m an atheist. Yes it reminded me of my European ventures and stays not just in Amsterdam but in every major city I visited.
